Offensive subjects (elaborate): Nothing I can think of off the top of my head, but if anything I feel uncomfortable with comes up, I promise not to flip tables at you and just let you know.

Flirting with this character: Feel free to try. See if that gets you anywhere.
Fighting with this character: Of course.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Minor injuries are fine, contact me for more serious things and we'll take them into consideration.
Killing this character: Depends; ask and I will think about it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I don't see why not. You might want to let me know beforehand, though, so I can tell you what exactly is going on in his head at the moment (other than "a lot").

Notes: Yuusei is, so to say, a very emotionally perceptive person. Almost ridiculously so. This means he's able to easily determine if other people's emotions, even if they're pretending otherwise with some careful observation. This can be either very vague ("this person is hiding their feelings") or more specific ("they appear lonely"); despite that, he can miss clues and be a terrible judge of character sometimes. Sadly, no matter how awesome that sounds, I don't have such amazing intuition, and therefore need help with that -- be it in the form of including additional information in action spam/prose, or letting me know via any OOC communication channels. Of course, this only applies if you're willing to let Yuusei figure out your character's feelings!

Additionally, Yuusei is a genius mechanic and, more importantly here, hacker. We're talking about "casually hacks into the database of his world's FBI" level of hacking. Which obviously means I will need your permission to to know whether I can have him hack your character's stuff and if so, to what extent. I will be asking the players if something comes up, but if you wish to make my life easier and let me know ahead of time, you can leave a comment here! Don't worry, Yuusei has better things to do than look into people's personal business for no important reason, so he's definitely not the type to abuse his skills.

Figuring out the emotions is fine, but Tony is himself a genius mechanic type hacker engineering person who hacks into SHIELD for shits and giggles and has, upon arriving in Exsilium, developed cyberkinesis, so it's fairly probable that his things are effectively unhackable.

At least one of them apparently doesn't abuse it though whoops

AS YOU WELL KNOW, Ruka is just an emotional mess, and will be doing her utmost to hide it, but Yusei will absolutely be able to read her like a book anyway. Whole lot of pain and despair in her heart, so best of luck with that.

He is also totally allowed to hack into her private communications (which I'm going to go out on a limb and say includes her IC contact post stuff if he's in the mood to hack her text messages (or... eavesdrop through apartment walls puts face in hands)), just give me a head's up if/when you want to do that so I know to expect it!

Kanaya's emotions are as much as she wished otherwise really an open book that even a not-so-particularly perceptive person could likely read without too much difficulty. I will always be eager to provide emotion exposition, though I've been told sometimes I can get stingy with it; if you ever want more information please just let me know! (Seriously when I say eager I mean it)

Her computer skills are canonically not top notch. As I try to note in tags when it comes up, from a hacker's perspective in general any protection on her posts is basically a regulation cardboard box: The simplest default available in Initiative code libraries or the like. Though she may develop her skills somewhat over time, someone at Yuusei's level will pretty much always have a 100% chance of being able to read anything she writes at 100%. That said as I try to keep close track of what information is floating around in game, I would ~definitely~ appreciate being checked with/informed if this ever does go on ;o TYIA!
